To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking your event. By booking in our event, you agree to abide by these terms.

Liability Waiver
By participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept that physical activity carry inherent risks. You agree to release the event organizers, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your participation in the event.

Photography & Media

Consent to Photography: By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the retreat organizer at the start of the event.

Use of Media: Photos and videos taken during the event may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. No financial compensation will be provided for their use.

Accommodation & Meals
Accomodation: While accommodation is not provided by the organizers, we highly recommend staying at the same hotel where the event will be held for your convenience.
Meals: Meals will be provided by the organizers, but we also encourage you to explore the many cafes and shops in the area for dining options.

CI Fest Refund Policy
Tht Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for participants of the Ci Dahab fest
1. Event Cancellation by Organizers
1.1 If the event is canceled by the organizers, they will refund 100% of the retreat fees to the participant.
1.2 The organizers cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by the participant through third parties.
2. Participant Withdrawal Before Event Start
2.1 If a participant withdraws from the event before it starts, a non-refundable organizational charge of 15 euros will apply.
3. Refund Policy for Participant Withdrawal
If a participant withdraws before the event begins for any reason (including health issues, family emergencies, etc.), the following Refund Policy applies:
3.1 If a participant withdraws 60 days or more before the retreat start date, they will receive the event fee minus the 15-euro administration fee.
3.2 If a participant withdraws 30–59 days before the retreat start date, they will receive 75% of the retreat fee.
3.3 If a participant withdraws 14–29 days before the retreat start date, they will receive 50% of the retreat fee.
3.4 If a participant withdraws 1–4 days before the retreat or withdraws after the retreat starts, they will receive no refund.
4. Right to Changes
The organizers reserve the right to change the facility or teacher due to unforeseen circumstances.

Changes of schedule
While we strive to follow the retreat itinerary as closely as possible, certain elements (e.g., yoga instructors, activities, schedules) may be subject to change due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Substitutions
If necessary, the organizer may substitute instructors or alter the schedule without prior notice.

Force Majeure
The event organizer is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternatives or reschedule the event.

Agreement
By registering to the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
